Build-a-school Initiative is forward thinking non-profit organization. We have initiated world-class education in the less privileged areas of Africa by providing tools to help achieve a safe and modern education environment.

Build-a-School Initiative is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) of the United States. This recognition allows us to raise funds from the public to carry out our programs.

The vast majority of public and private institutes are organized under the 501(c)3 provisions of the Internal Revenue Code. Educational infrastructure development is out primary exempt purpose, and our operations must comply with that purpose. 

As a 501(c)(3) education organization, your contributions to our causes and programs is exempted to the maximum allowed by the law. 

Tax ID is also called employer identification number (EIN), which is used for most business entities. The number is used by the IRS to recognized businesses with respect to their tax obligation. The number is needed to pay federal taxes, hire employees, apply for permits and licenses, and even open a bank account.
